Selected work
The work spans nine years building for the web, two years in platform and DevOps, and a generative AI product built and released independently in 2026. In each case it has involved identifying a need the existing system does not meet, building the solution, and handing it over so that it operates without ongoing involvement.
A guided goal-setting web app that turns free text into a personalised vision board, built independently across design, frontend, backend and deployment. Released publicly and tested in person with members of the public, with safety checks, schema validation, retries and rate limiting built around the model call.
The production CI servers used by every product team were migrated onto new infrastructure, with a 43GB state transfer verified before cutover and the old hosts retired at the end.
A large set of interactive sites each carried its own pipeline. A shared build model was designed for the estate, proven across the full build and publish path, and documented so that the rest could adopt it without individual configuration.
